Tournament Entry Fees

When registering for an online tournament, there is a fee charged as part of the total buy-in.  The fee ranges based upon tournament buy-in amount (typically ranges from $0 for a freeroll tournament up to a maximum of 20% of the buy-in)

All tourney fees are shown on the buy-in screen.  All transactions, including rake, are in US dollars.
